Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and AR999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") at ar999.bar. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the AR999 platform — including the game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the AR999 platform immediately and not create or use an account. These Terms apply to all users of ar999.bar regardless of the device or method used to access the platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future AR999 applications.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an AR999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AR999 is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access or use by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of others are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any AR999 game provider or software partner where that relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from AR999. Attempting to re-register under a different identity after an account closure is strictly prohibited.

AR999 may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform — including at registration, before a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and any pending transactions.

3 Your Account

Once your AR999 account is created, you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. This includes bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed, and any transactions made. AR999 treats any action taken through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us promptly of a security breach.

You must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. AR999 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you receive a communication requesting your password or login details, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

You may update your contact details through your account settings. If your name or date of birth needs to be corrected, contact AR999 support and provide the relevant verification documents. AR999 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily during any verification review to protect both the player and the platform.

AR999 may suspend or permanently close an account if:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used fraudulently or in connection with money laundering.
• The player has breached any section of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and repeated attempts to contact the account holder have been unsuccessful.

In the event of an account closure, AR999 will communicate the reason where permitted to do so, and any legitimate balance remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to the player through the same withdrawal channel used previously.

4 Deposits

All deposits at AR999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and compatible mobile wallets. Supported methods are displayed in your account's deposit section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your AR999 balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match your verified AR999 account name — are not accepted and may be returned or held for investigation.
• AR999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. AR999 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment services.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact AR999 support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit issues promptly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at AR999 are processed in PKR through the same local payment channels available for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are paid to accounts registered in your own verified name only.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, AR999 will complete a standard identity verification (KYC) review. This is a one-time process that requires you to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals follow a streamlined process.

• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed in your account at the point of withdrawal.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that are clear of bonus wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• AR999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals where there are grounds for concern about account integrity or unusual activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the associated deposit was reversed, charged back, or if the account is under review for a reported security issue.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

AR999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback deals, free spins, and PSL-season specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The terms on the Promotions page take precedence over any general bonus guidance in this section.

The following conditions apply to all AR999 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated time period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the promotion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, a maximum bet limit applies. Bets placed above this limit during an active wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7 Games & Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed after the game round or event has commenced.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or live event — such as a disconnection, software error, or stream interruption — AR999 will resolve the situation according to the relevant provider's rules and our internal policy. Stakes for incomplete game rounds will typically be returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface or betting slip.

AR999 reserves the right to void any bet placed using incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error on our part. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AR999 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one AR999 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or place bets.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or making deposits from accounts registered in another person's name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing AR999 support staff or other users through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access AR999 systems, data, or infrastructure through any unauthorised method.

9 Privacy & Data

AR999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and fulfil our obligations under these Terms. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

AR999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, AR999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AR999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
